My steed awaits in the morning light before we head out for a trail ride in Eastern Oregon. The morning light was hitting him in a dramatic way and his roan colouring glowed. I love working with turquoise, in this case - Caribbean Blue. The patchwork of the orange felt reminiscent of the light off the barn boards. This painting has texture from an added medium, Neo Meglip.
